Mac & Windows Service Desk Analyst / Service Desk Analyst - London Bridge

A leading IT service provider that specialises in both Apple Mac and Microsoft Windows technologies is looking to add a 1st Line Support Engineer to its team based in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous helpdesk support experience to work with the latest in Mac and Windows products and build a successful career with the opportunity to gain relevant industry qualifications.

This role is paying a starting salary of up to £29,000 plus 23 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays) and company pension scheme.

Day to day duties will involve:
- 1st line remote helpdesk support for a client base
- Support for both Windows OS and Mac OS X
- Apple iOS MDM including app deployment
- Support of networking - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANS
- Working with Adobe products (CC and CS5/6)
- Customer backups, documentation and logging change requests
- Working with engineers and ensuring tickets are managed under SLA's
- Managing JAMF tickets and escalations

To be considered suitable for this Apple Mac / Windows Service Desk Analyst role you must have some previous 1st line support experience with Mac and Windows products and strong customer service skills. Please also ensure you can commute to the Battersea area easily.
