This is a junior payroll assistant role for a leading construction company in Enfield. This opportunity would be open to anyone leaving school who is not pursuing the university route, who have no experience but are looking to get into an office based role in a large corporate corporation.

Client Details

The client is a leading brand in their industry based in Enfield, with a nationwide presence in the building and construction industry. They are a friendly payroll team of 6 who are looking for a payroll adminisrtator to process the timesheets, export the payroll data and gain exposure to the full payroll process, working alongside the payroll manager.

Description

The payroll assistant is responsible for processing a weekly payroll and communicating any queries clearly to employee and payroll team. They will be building relationships and working alongside the finance manager to deal with any queries or changes in the payroll, and keeping records up to date and in line with HMRC and legislation. Most of the role is data entry, inputting timesheets and exporting the data onto the system.

Profile

No experience is required for this role but the ideal candidate will have an interest in payroll and be a friendly and hardworking individual who is keen to learn. You will need to communicate across all levels of the business when required.
