Becoming a Learning Coordinator with Knowledgepool:

Knowledgepool are looking for a Learning Coordinator to join their team and facilitate the delivery of training events, working with suppliers to deliver programmes of work whilst keeping to budget and maintaining excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will work as part of a team servicing multiple clients, providing expert knowledge to delight customers and exceed all KPIs and SLAs.

This is a 1 year fixed-term contract.

Working hours: x3 days office based (working 8am to 4pm) and x2 days working from home (working 9am to 5.30pm)


What you will do:

  • Process bookings, amendments, and cancellations via multiple contact channels
  • Create a schedule of events based on required dates/locations
  • Proactively manage training plans to ensure customer needs are met
  • Ensure all customer invoicing is completed correctly
  • Deliver customer service excellence through accuracy and quality
  • Provide assistance with the resolution of complaints


Your experience will include:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work within a team based environment and use own initiative where necessary
  • Strong administrative background
  • Good customer service skills
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs grade A-C or equivalent
