Your new role
  • General Admin tasks (inc filing, scanning, minute taking)
  • Data Entry and maintaining system
  • General Adhoc tasks
  • Telephone handling
  • Email handling
  • Processing Applications for new volunteers
  • Processing invoices, staff expenses and credit requests
  • Liaising with staff, clients and external companies


What you'll need to succeed
You must be an honest and reliable individual who has the willingness to want to learn and develop their skills. You need to have a 'can do' attitude and be able to take on responsibility and handle pressure which will enable you to complete tasks to a high standard in a timely manner. You must be proficient in Microsoft office. You must have good communication skills both written and verbal as you will need to maintain relationships both internally and externally. You must be able to deal with pressure and handle responsibility. Ideally you would have experience working within a charity.
