Due to company growth within the Enterprise division of the Brookson Group we are looking for an experienced, motivated Payroll Administrator to join our vibrant outsourcing operations team.

As part of the payroll team you will process high volume payroll bureaus and have a hands on approach supporting with payroll queries via telephone and email.

What you will do
  • Mange your own different populations of payrolls adhering to deadlines
  • Complete month end procedures and reconciliations
  • Process new starters and leavers information include processing changes to terms and conditions of employment and pay changes.
  • Liaise with HMRC regarding various payroll queries
  • Process statutory claims; SMP, SSP, SPP
  • Issue P45's for leavers and process P45's for new customers

What we look for
  • Minimum 2 year's payroll experience
  • Proven ability to work under pressure
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisation skills
