Job Title: Store Operations Coordinator
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Role: Permanent

OVERVIEW
In this role you will be wholly accountable for all communications between Head Office and the National store portfolio. Managing two-way information led communications through seasonal peaks this is a job for someone who loves to be busy but can maintain a level head and prioritise the workload in an organised and structured manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Have overall accountability for all communications from Head Office to Stores, including Events, promotions, POS, delivering schedules and more
  • Request key information from store, manage deadlines for response and follow up where needed
  • Manage a large call and email volume efficiently and with a clear list of priorities
  • Manage communications from both stores and field managers
  • Develop cost saving initiatives in the office
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Ideally come from a Head Office environment with either a retail, hospitality or leisure business
  • Have impeccable time-management skills to ensure communications are completed to deadlines
  • Able to manage fast-paced volume communications both on the phone and via email
  • Prioritise and manage a large workload to ensure smooth consistent communication
  • Have a "level-headed" approach to their workload
  • Deliver communications to stores in a simple and straight-forward way to improve efficiency
  • Be able to deal with a seasonally fluctuating workload
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skillset
  • Thrive on a challenge and have a key attention to detail
