A subsidiary of a well known mental health charity that supports thousands of vulnerable people across the UK.

Description

The key responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:
  • Invoice processing
  • Matching, batching and coding invoices
  • Submitting invoices for approval
  • Raising PO numbers
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Manual payment runs via cheque

Profile

The successful candidate will have the following key skills and experiences:
  • Purchase ledger clerk experience
  • Experience of high volumes of invoices and queries
  • Experience of fast paced environments
  • Have the ability to communicate well both externally and internally
  • Charity background would be desirable but not essential
  • Be immediately available to start work
