The company are a designer and manufacturer of components that are supplied into a wide range of different sectors and markets globally. They are industry leading and have recently had significant investment to expand and continue to grow their operations at their site in Poole. Now they require a CNC Team Leader to join the team.

In this role you will be based on the shop floor, whilst overseeing your small team and insure that all is running smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for their first supervisory experience.

The ideal candidate will be a CNC Miller who is experienced setting and operating machinery, who wants to take their first step in to management and is keen to supervise a small team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading business offering valuable supervisory experience, with the opportunity to progress further in to the management team.

The Role:
*CNC Team Leader supervising a small direct team
*Working on a range of CNC Machinery
*In house training on offer
*Double days role

The Person:
*Experience as a CNC Miller (Setter/Operator)
*Happy to work double days
*Experience on either Fanuc, Heidenhain or Mazak
