This is an exciting role in a young, fast-paced agency that is looking to grow. There is a real opportunity to get hands-on and learn a lot fast by working closely with the businesses two co-founders. The right candidate will also play a big part in helping shape the future culture of the company and will be in the driving seat when it comes to carving out their career development opportunities.

A typical day:

• Assist with research for a target market and buyer persona analysis
• Assist with research for SEO strategy
• Create social media content
• Brainstorm ideas for blog articles
• Build and maintain client-facing marketing plans, including content calendar and promotional activities.
• Support Inbound Marketing Executives with ongoing client activities
• Build and manage internally facing delivery plans to support client activities.
• Configure and manage marketing technology platforms, such as Hubspot
• Configure and manage advertising technology platforms, such as Google AdWords and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Manage social media channels
• Build and maintain audience lists
• Gather and consolidate reporting and analytics data to support decision-making processes

What makes a good candidate?

• Attention to detail and planning skills
• A creative understanding of the activities undertaken.
• Good communicator, both written and verbal
• Carry a level of maturity that is perhaps above that of some of their peers
• Wants to take on responsibilities and learn

Entry requirements:
  • Five GCSE grades C - A* (or 4-9), including Maths and English

Working hours:

9am - 5:30pm

Included in qualification:
  1. Training on the 18 month Standard Level 3 Digital Marketer (DM3) apprenticeship.
  2. Being a WhiteHat apprentice means access to awesome social events, sports teams, insight/career days with other apprentices to grow your network, as well as your own personal Coach who will guide you through the qualification to help you achieve your full potential.
  3. As part of your WhiteHat Apprenticeship, you will have access to our Future Leaders Foundation modules to develop 6 key competencies, underpinned by well-being, self-awareness, motivation, conscientiousness, effectiveness and grit.

What's next:

After your Digital Marketing apprenticeship progress into a full-time Junior, Specialist, Executive or Associate in: Social Media, Digital Marketing, Communications & PR, Data & Insights Analysis, SEO, PPC, Content Management or Writing and more.
