The People Of: Digital have partnered with a Leeds based organisation to recruit a talented Digital PR & Content Manager. This is an exciting brand and one where the successful candidate can be playful with their ideas!

This is a brand new position which will be based in Leeds with occasional travel required. It will suit a natural/creative writer that thrives on working with autonomy, bringing their own ideas to life and someone that is gregarious, extrovert and charismatic in their nature.

The successful candidate for this PR & Content Manger will be well rewarded both financially but also from a job satisfaction point of view! You'll lead & grow a team, set strategies and deliver campaigns. You'll work across multiple projects at the same time, get to see the results and you'll be a main stakeholder in the wider business. As the Digital PR & content Manager you will lead from the front, be innovative and forthcoming with ideas, develop strategies as well as line managing a team of PR, Content and social media executives. You will excel in a fast paced, dynamic environment and be able to adapt to the way the company evolves. You will need to be first class in digital PR & content.

Responsibilities:
  • Help shape processes and procedures to deliver 'best in class' digital marketing
  • Assist the wider team with the setting and delivery of tangible KPIs across PR and Content
  • Write compelling copy that enhances SEO
  • Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to create innovative ideas and to deliver exceptional client service
  • Work with colleagues across the business to brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for the business
  • Identify digital trends and share insights with the wider team
  • Participate in new business strategies

Ideal Candidate:
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience and proven ability of leading and motivating a team, managing and training staff in digital marketing at a variety of levels
  • Knowledge of digital marketing analytics software (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Facebook Insights, etc
  • Experience of paid advertising campaigns, particularly on Facebook and Twitter

This role is based in Leeds city centre and will require occasional travel. Some degree of flexibility is offered but ideally the successful candidate will be office based majority of the time. Commutable across West Yorkshire including Harrogate, York, Huddersfield, Halifax, Bradford, Sheffield and perhaps Hull.

Remuneration for this role is completely dependent on experience but will offer a base salary around £40k. On top of that a rewarding package is on offer including bonus, CA, pension, healthcare and other allowances.
