Be a Service Desk Analyst

This role is all about proactively receiving, owning, prioritising, documenting and resolving customer queries within SLA, ensuring a continual high quality service is provided and that incidents (where appropriate) are escalated correctly. You will look to build relationships with the wider IT team to ensure you are aware of new services being transitioned or changes made to ensure the service desk is prepared for any incidents.

In brief you will:
  • Provide 1st, and 2nd line technical support queries professionally and efficiently, maintaining a high degree of customer service;
  • Ensure that all SLA's are met;
  • Work effectively and productively with 3rd line support;
  • Take ownership of user problems, perform a technical diagnosis and fix the issue either remotely or on-site.
