Due to a surge of new work, this leading business advisory firm is looking to strengthen its London business recovery team with a highly driven individual to take the lead in corporate insolvency portfolio management.

The successful individual will manage a small case load of their own cases (covering Administrations, Liquidations, Receiverships, CVA's and from time to time IVAs and Bankruptcies) . You will take key decisions and ownership of cases, setting strategies for and driving case progression with the object of achieving full statutory and regulatory compliance. You will primarily be office-based in London though there will be opportunities for on site work particularly on trading administrations.

Applicants should ideally possess corporate insolvency experience (though applications are welcome from individuals in personal insolvency looking to break into corporate insolvency) excellent project management skills and the characteristics of an insolvency individual namely an ability to diffuse difficult situations, be calm under pressure and treat people with dignity and respect. As the position will entail the preparation of financial data an understanding of basic accounting principles would be beneficial. You may have achieved the CPI qualification or be working towards (on the latter further study support will be provided). Applications are welcome from ACCA studiers too.
