These range from beginner to experienced graduate roles. Our client provides many of the UK's most recognised financial brands with market-leading software to support Training and Competence, Learning Management, Quality Assurance and Customer feedback.

The roles which will be available are:
  • Service Delivery Trainee

OVERVIEW OF ROLE: As a trainee within the Services Delivery Team you will learn the end to end activities that take place to implement innovative solutions to clients that leverage the award-winning products; working with each delivery team to gain hands-on experience in the skills and aptitude required to meet the requirements of the role.

  • Demonstrable experience of taking the initiative and presenting findings to an audience
  • Strong documentation skills using the appropriate tools e.g. MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance and ability to demonstrate initiative
  • An understanding as to how software is built and basic coding principles
  • Junior/Mid-Level. NET developer

OVERVIEW OF ROLE: You will be working in a team to design, develop and deliver web-based solutions.


Must Haves
  • At least 3 years' commercial experience in producing robust, secure, scalable web-based applications in an Agile/Lean/Scrum environment.
  • Demonstrable competency in C# and .Net server side components.
  • Familiarity with interfacing to SQL databases, ideally with Entity Framework.
  • Intermediate experience with HTML, CSS.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or similar.
  • Very good analytical and communication skills.
  • Passionate about unit testing (BDD, TDD).
  • Enthusiasm towards technology, development process and continuous improvement

  • Commercial experience of delivering a SaaS solution in a hosted or cloud environment would be a great advantage.
  • Experience in implementing WebAPI / MVC controllers.
  • Understanding and experience in using Javascript frontend frameworks such as Reactor Angular to produce Single Page Applications (SPAs).
  • Team Foundation Services (or Azure DevOps) for workflow and Git or similar for source control.
  • Experience in a CI/CD environment and automated testing.
  • Microsoft Certification in related technologies.
  • Knowledge of the Financial Services industry.
  • Intermediate Implementation Consultant

OVERVIEW OF ROLE: As a member of the implementation team you will have intricate knowledge of our client's products and will be able to configure and customise these products to meet client demands.

  • 3 years plus experience in a professional services / IT environment with some knowledge of software development lifecycle principles and methodologies
  • Working knowledge of SSRS Reporting, SQL and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of software installation / technical environment creation an advantage
  • Experience of working with minimal guidance and ability to demonstrate initiative
  • High level of professionalism and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines and outcomes
  • Strong collaboration skills and motivation to build long term relationships
  • Ability to maintain successful and productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • A willingness for occasional travel to client sites as required

HOURS OF WORK: 9.00 am - 5.30 pm

HOLIDAY: 26 Days
