A modern, progressive and commercially-oriented City legal services business is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join a friendly, collaborative and creative team.

Reporting to and providing support to the Digital Marketing Manager and colleagues in the wider Brand, Marketing & Sales team in cross-platform marketing activity with a particular focus on digital content delivered through the firm's external and internal digital channels. Working closely with Partners and other lawyers, the role holder will be expected to fully exploit all external digital channels available to the firm to position itself to its target markets and facilitate business development at all levels. The Digital Marketing Assistant will be responsible for management and marketing delivery through the firm's digital channels, including video and podcasts, in support of the firm's brand and client development strategies, with a particular focus on driving internal engagement. You will upload approved written content and publications to the firm's external-facing website, monitoring the contact form inbox and managing queries as appropriate, and provide proactive site maintenance to ensure regular revision of all content. From a social media perspective, the successful applicant will manage and curate social media accounts, create web and social media content plans for upcoming campaigns and provide advice and educate on social media and the digital experience. Analysing data from campaigns and articles on external platforms to produce reports and recommendations for various areas of the business will represent an important element of the role.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in a similar role preferably gained within a legal or professional services environment to include experience in reporting and analytics and using the data to influence future digital strategy. You must also be able to demonstrate a real interest in digital media, familiarity with the Sitecore Content Management System and proficiency in working with multimedia, including video, photo and podcasts. In addition, The Digital Marketing Assistant will possess excellent attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and an ability to juggle multiple competing priorities.
