A leading Engineering consultancy based in Leeds.

Your new role

As a Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be tasked with scanning, checking and posting invoices using SAP. You will also ensure that all invoices are processed to agreed SLAs and that invoices due for payment are appropriately escalated. You will also manage supplier queries, process automated and manual payments, prepare aged creditor and debit balance reviews and reconciliations.

What you will need to succeed

You will have experience working within a similar role, particularly in expenses within a shard services or large organisation. You will have experience of using integrated ERP systems, preferably SAP as well as being fully conversant in the Microsoft office package.
