On behalf of an industry leading manufacturing business based in West Yorkshire I am wishing to speak to experienced and ambitious Marketing Managers. You will responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans in conjunction with the sales departments to rapidly enhance company presence in existing and new markets. You will also be responsible for creating new market opportunities to enable the sales teams to readily increase market share and volume. To optimise, manage and manipulate the CRM system. To gather information and provide proposals to enable the senior management team to take clear decisions to further the aim of making the company number one in its field. You will work collaboratively with the Sales Manager to achieve shared objectives and be ambitious, fast thinking and thrive working within a challenging, demanding and entrepreneurial environment.

• Understand the markets the company is currently operating in and identify gaps in the
portfolio and route to market and launch products
• Devise, formulate, agree and implement marketing plans to agreed budget and
• control of budget
• Management and optimisation of the CRM system and devise procedures for the
• smooth operation of the CRM system
• Present analysis and reports from the CRM data to the sales managers and SMT in an
• easily assimilated format
• Responsible for the development, management and content update of the
• website and social media streams
• Use the website and social media with clients, specifiers and contractors in each
market to positively engage with the sales teams
• Identify and manage the generation of product support information including
literature, case studies, installation instructions and similar
• Part of the training team, particularly in the use of CRM and company procedures
• Engender timely and meaningful editorials
• Email campaign development and implementation
• Manage networking
• Produce, market and manage technical webinars and videos
• Brand and corporate image management
• Identification of potential Awards for the company products and schemes, coordination of
information and application for identified awards and publicity
• Any other duties as required commensurate with the role and level of responsibility
of the post.

Travel - Travel within the UK on occasions by pool car or private mileage allowance, infrequent
overseas trips
Salary - Up to £35,000 per annum
Benefits - 24 days annual leave plus 8 statutory bank holidays per annum (pro rata)
Company pension scheme
Hours - 40 hours per week, normally from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday or as needed to
fulfil the requirements of the role
Other - The successful candidate will be given in-house training, however, proactivity, self
development and learning on the job is essential
