This well established Professional Services business are market leaders in their field, they have offices across the globe and a fantastic opportunity has come available for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their successful Finance team in their Head Office in Leeds

Description

As a Purchase Ledger Clerk you will report into the finance manager, responsible for the timely and accurate processing of accounts payable invoices.

Duties will include, however are not limited to; Processing purchase invoices on to the system, Resolving queries with suppliers/internal colleagues re supplier invoices, Scanning purchase invoices onto the document management system, Supplier statement reconciliations, Preparation of payment runs, Processing of employee expenses and daily banking.

Profile

The successful purchase ledger clerk will;
  • Have worked in a finance role previously
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Offer
