Are you an energetic leader and team player, ideally with experience of working with international students? Then look no further, this could be the job you have been searching for.

We are an independent school for students aged 14+ from across the world, offering A-level, GCSE and Foundation programmes boarding and day students.

We are looking for a versatile, flexible person. You will assist and be directed by the Head of Boarding in the leadership and management across the whole of boarding at CATS Cambridge & CSVPA. You will be part of a boarding team that supports the academic and pastoral progress of the boarders in accordance with statutory regulations. You will be part of leading our team of over 30 day and night staff who provide 24 hour supervision in our various Boarding Houses.

You must be committed to ensuring the health and wellbeing of our students. You will assist them in their daily lives and act as first point of contact for many boarding matters when on duty.

This position is a non-teaching role but may be attractive to a qualified teacher who has significant pastoral experience. Applicants for the post are required to occupy the accommodation provided whilst on duty. All-inclusive accommodation is provided as part of the package.

If this appeals to you please see the details on our CATS Colleges website and we can arrange to have an initial discussion by phone before you submit a formal application. The closing date is Monday 5 August.

We're part of CATS Colleges, and we benefit from being part of a forward looking organisation with a strong educational vision which includes managing three other similar schools, all focussed on international students. If you're interested in being part of our school, we'd love to hear from you.

CATS Cambridge is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful applicant will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS checked. We are an equal opportunities employer.
