Accounts Payable Clerk Needed ASAP

Your new company
Hays Accountancy and Finance are pleased to be working alongside a well-known organisation is Solihull! The company are leading the way within their field, this iconic brand work with a number of high-profile corporate accounts. This position will initially be temporary but will go permanent soon after if you are the right candidate.

Your new role
As the newest Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be exposed to a variety of responsibilities within this accounts function, such as ensuring all invoices are processed, inputting payments onto the accounting system, liaising with suppliers and ensuring queries are handled effectively.

What you'll need to succeed
  • At least 6 months experience in a finance or administration role
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Preferably an understanding of supplier reconciliations
  • Excellent numeracy skills with strong working knowledge of Excel

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of up to £18,000 per annum + benefits. You will have access to all staff areas and be joining a fantastic established team!
