Finance Service Coordinator

Gibson Hollyhomes are currently supporting one of our fantastic clients with the recruitment of a Temporary Finance Service Coordinator. This is initially a 6-8-week role to cover a sickness absence, however there is a possibility of an extension. The role will support our clients Treasury team, covering various aspects of transactional finance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Posting Credit Control entries within the ERP System (Agresso)
  • Posting Accounts Payable entries
  • Posting Treasury entries related to Bank Transfers, Intercompany Posting or Payroll Postings.
  • Preparing Bank reconciliations for both UK and International Bank accounts.
  • Update Daily balances spreadsheet
  • Update Interest Calculations
  • Ad hoc work to support and on-going project.

Skill and Experience Required:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organisational and documentation skills with attention to detail
  • The ability to communicate with all levels of staff and deal professionally with colleagues, customers and business partners on a consistent basis displaying strong customer service skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS office tools including Excel, Word, Outlook
