IT Support Coordinator (12 Month Contract)

I am currently recruiting for a company based in High Wycombe looking for a switched on and determined individual to join their team. The role consists of reporting to the Head of IT , UK and Ireland you will responsible in assisting in the coordination of the support services provided by the IT department as well as taking responsibility for the support of digital/mobile applications. What does the job involve?
  • Reporting to the Head of IT , UK and Ireland you will responsible in assisting in the coordination of the support services provided by the IT department as well as taking responsibility for the support of digital/mobile applications
  • Project Management of small cross site/business unit IT projects
  • Service Now (Helpdesk) queue monitoring and task/incident allocation
  • Ensure the accurate recording of service requests and incidents and to attribute the correct
  • categorisation and notation to ensure timely and relevant reporting
  • Point of escalation for user issues
  • Liaison with hardware suppliers and maintenance companies
  • IT Hardware procurement ( Quoting, Ordering, receipting, coordination on arrival)
  • Mobile phone ordering
  • Software ordering
  • Issue management and user management
  • Salesforce (L1)

Key attributes were looking for?
  • A background of commercial IT and working in an IT Department
  • Strong administration skills
  • Experience of simple project management.
  • Recent experience of working across/supporting multiple sites.
  • Strong focus on customer service with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adept and proactive at problem solving and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Prioritises workload, meets deadlines and manages competing priorities under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.

12 Month Contract, Full-time

Paying up to £30k per annum
