So, we're delighted to announce our apprentice scheme for 2019.

Running across 18 locations in England, Wales and Scotland, our programme will last 3 years, during which time you'll be given all the tools, training and techniques to become a fully-qualified level 3 or 4 Mechanical Engineer.

As part of the programme, you'll be shadowing and working with some of the best maintenance engineers in the market, whilst studying a level 3 or 4 standard engineering qualification.

Once qualified, you'll then join the ERIKS team of engineers, providing expertise across a whole range of different skills, technologies and industries.

We work with thousands of different customers across the UK, Ireland, Europe and the Rest of the World, from pharmaceuticals to food manufacturing, oil and gas to maritime; you name it, if it moves and is in a manufacturing/processing plant, we've probably fixed or replaced it!

The apprentice programme will consist of:
  • 3 year programme from Sept 2nd 2019
  • Apprentice salary with increases each year
  • Fully paid-for Level 3 or 4 Engineering Standard qualification
  • Experience of working with and for our excellent team of engineers
  • Experience of working in all different types of industry with all sort of different types of equipment and machinery

What you'll need:
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs - 5 points or higher, including Maths, English and Science
  • To live within 10 miles of the apprenticeship site
  • A real interest in mechanical or electronic engineering

Most importantly of all, you'll have a real thirst for learning and an excellent work ethic. We'll invest our time in training and working with you, it's up to you to do the rest!
