Are you Behavioural TA / Support Worker looking for a new opportunity in an SEMH School in Warrington?

Tradewind are currently recruiting for a hardworking and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant/ Support Worker to work in highly successful SEMH School based in Warrington Ofsted rated 'Good', the school are looking to recruit a 1:1 Teaching Assistant/ Support Worker to work on a full-time, long term basis. You will be providing general support from EYFS - KS4 classes. The role is to start 8th July 2019, full-time on a long term temporary contract, working 5 days per week to continue for the remainder of the academic year and through September with the potential to go permanent.

The SEMH school is Ofsted rated "Good" with 54 pupils, the school caters for KS2 - KS4 pupils with a wide range or specific needs such as Social Emotional and Mental Health, ASD (Autism) and challenging behaviour. The School is easily accessible by public transport with a bus stop 5-minute walk away and free onsite parking with close links to the motorway.

They are looking for a Teaching Assistant who is Team Teach Trained and has previous experience working on a 1-2-1 basis. You will be working on a 2-2-1 basis with a pupil in KS4 with SEMH, training will be provided to any successful candidate.

• This OFSTED 'Good' SEMH School looking for an experienced Teaching Assistants.

• Team Teach Trained

• Have excellent communication and behaviour management techniques

• Be confident in dealing with challenging behaviour

• Excellent interpersonal skills based on effective communication

• Passion to ensure every pupil succeeds and reaches their full potential

• Experience with working on a 2-2-1

• An awareness of their own strengths and areas for development and a willingness to listen to, reflect constructively and ac upon, as appropriate, feedback from others

• Be able to confidently work as part of the team and independently
