Get Recruited are currently supporting a leading financial company who are seeking an Accounts and Pensions Administrator to join their growing team.

As the Accounts and Pensions Administrator, you will be responsible for speaking with new and existing clients, ensuring that all aspects of pension administration are compliant with regulations.

This role would suit an individual from a financial services background or an individual who has some knowledge of pensions. If you are seeking a flexible role which has fantastic benefits, then apply immediately!

THE ROLE:
  • As the Accounts and Pensions Administrator, you will assist with take-on of new clients ensuring data is accurate and process is carried out within agreed timescales. Processing and transferring data
  • Generating and booking in jobs for member queries via phone and e-mail. Arranging various services for these queries.
  • Ensuring that any concerns or complaints are dealt with appropriately for all clients
  • Liaising daily with IFA's and clients such as Lloyds Bank, Scottish Widow, Legal & General
  • Ensure all aspects of pension administration and clients' schemes are compliant and governed proactively meeting legal, HMRC and pension regulatory requirements.
  • Organising diaries and making appointments for management
  • Provide a quality day to day pension scheme administration and record maintenance, ensuring that member data is up to date, accurate and complete.
  • Completing admin reports for seniors and management
  • Maintaining & developing the office filing systems both on soft copy and hard copy for auditing purposes.
  • Ordering of stationary for the office
  • Carrying out ad hoc duties as required

THE PERSON:
  • Experience with pensions, ISAs, Investment Funds, term assurance or SIPPs is highly desirable
  • Certificate in Pensions Calculations (CPC) is desirable but not essential
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work within a fast paced environment
