Are you looking for a new and exciting role working within a small family run organisation?

This exciting family-run organisation offer a great place to work and they are looking for a hard-working team player who is well organised, customer focused and has a good understanding of Accounts Administration. The successful candidate will be joining a small team of professionals who are currently driving the business through a period of growth.

As an Accounts Administrator you will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Sales Order processing
  • Processing and raising invoices
  • Answering calls from clients and answering any accounts questions
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Preparing invoices for payment stage

To be successful in this role as an Accounts Administrator you will have the following skills and experience:
  • Proven experience within a similar role
  • Basic accounts knowledge with numerical skills
  • Experience of raising and processing invoices
  • MS office experience
  • SAGE experience would be an advantage
  • Able to work in a small team

As an Accounts Administrator you will receive a salary of £20k-£23k based upon experience.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and they have parking on site.
