We need you to help us do this.Why this role mattersThe role holder will be responsible for planning and managing bid management activities to ensure the successful delivery of a bid or a number of bids. They will need to manage and motivate bid teams ensuring that all have clear work allocations, an understanding of the evaluation criteria, objectives and deliverables. They will be responsible for ensuring proposals are delivered on time and to extremely high quality standards. The role will be responsible for managing bids through the full bidding lifecycle, from PQQ to contract signature.What you'll be doingUndertake the activities that will ensure the successful delivery of the bid / bids. This will typically include but not limited to:• Bring structure, clarity and governance to the process and discipline relating to bid management activities
• Manage the preparation of prequalification response submissions to customers with the objective if securing an invitation to bid
• Manage the Bid Kick off meetings providing bid management direction and engagement with the bid team
• Manage the creation of bid deliverables and ensure review and governance leading to the creation of a high quality proposalWe'll also need to see these on your CVThe key skills required are:
