Do you have Sales Ledger experience and wish to work for a wonderful local company, in Amersham, part time = 25 hours a week.

Key Areas & Responsibilities:
  • Setting up clients on Sage Line 50
  • Approve and email client invoices electronically via CRM
  • Export client invoices from CRM to Sage accounting package
  • Email client statements via Sage monthly
  • Manage client direct debit mandates
  • Process clients' direct debit collection via on-line banking system
  • Reconcile bank statement with cashbook/Sage Line 50
  • post client receipts from bank statements/cashbook to CRM and Sage Line 50
  • contact clients by telephone/email to collect outstanding debts
  • resolve customer invoice queries, updating CRM and Sage with customer communications

Professional requirements:
  • Familiar with Sage functions: (Line 50)
  • Familiar with MS Dynamics 365 or other customer relationship management systems

  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
