Lorien is currently recruiting for an SC Cleared Service Desk Analyst to join one of our clients at their offices in Milton Keynes.

The ideal candidate holds current SC Clearance, has previous experience in a Service Desk environment, providing support to users via various channels of engagement within SLA, excellent telephone manner and knowledge of Windows, Active Directory & Exchange, as well as experience of providing remote support. You are self-motivated, able to use your own initiative and work well under pressure.

The objective of this role is to provide resolutions to incidents, validate and record incidents where necessary and ensure that the incident records are correctly updated with accurate details, ensure incidents and service requests are managed and escalated where necessary as well as carry out any 'ad hoc' assignments as and when required.

The working hours would be Monday to Friday, and you will work shifts between 6:30 am - 6:30 pm.
