The Marketing Analyst is a fresh new role within a deep-rooted Norwich supplier.

The main responsibility of the Marketing Analyst is to identify areas for customer growth and improvement, specifically in areas for increasing repeat business.

This position is an integral part of an organisation who strive for customer excellence, and will deliver the roadmap for company success; they will provide feedback, suggestions etc. and proactively seek new methods and approaches, and add value to existing areas. This will involve getting data from various sources, combining statistics and delivering actionable plans that can be measured and refined.

  • To identify and grow new customers and develop existing ones in terms of order frequency and AOV
  • Use Power BI and other data tools to interrogate sales and customer data
  • To improve customer communication and generate customer loyalty
  • Calculate and monitor Customer Lifetime Value
  • Review and improve current RFM data
  • Create and manage mailing / call lists
  • Participate in a culture of testing and continual improvement across all channels
  • Get involved in pricing strategy
  • Identify cross selling opportunities and gaps in our current range
  • Improve our customer segmentation
  • Increase the efficiency of mailings in terms of deliverability and ROI
  • Measurement of marketing KPIs for each campaign completed
  • Management of cold lists

This role requires an innovative and analytically minded marketing professional who will proactively challenge company methods, rebuild on new ideas and happily take on the exciting challenge for mapping out the company's direction.

Paying a competitive and healthy salary for Norwich.

Hours - Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.00pm
