Job Title: MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

Salary £30,000 - £35,000

Locations: GRIMSBY and YORK area

A Management Accountant opportunity is available in Grimsby working in a reputable company with a friendly culture and career prospects for the future. The position may suit a part qualified or newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant and offers a competitive salary plus an attractive benefits package.

THE ROLE:
-Management accounting reporting, stock reporting and calculation of NRV
-Work in progress. Government statistics reports and administration of company expenses
-Standard costing runs for which a good understanding of MRP is required, ad hoc reporting and liaison between other departments in the business

THE CANDIDATE:
- You will be a CIMA/ACCA/ACA part qualified or newly qualified accountant with a good educational track record, a high degree of systems literacy (especially with Excel) and with the relevant skills and experience for the position.
-An excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, you are able to build good working relationships with colleagues and enjoy working as a team to produce the final results

THE COMPANY:
-Our client is aligned with the agricultural/food sector and is a long established organisation. The role could be based either at their site in Grimsby or their other site near York. Both sites have good road links and free parking.

Study assistance would be made available for a part qualified accountant to continue with examinations and qualify.
