Your new company:

You will be working for a market leader that has exclusive partnerships with schools across East and West Kent. Hays Education has various teaching opportunities with our Partnership Schools across Kent. These opportunities are on a permanent, long-term or daily supply cover basis. Due to an increase in demand from schools in your local area we are looking for experienced primary teachers to take up the multiple positions we have available.

Your new role:

You will have the exciting opportunity to work in an Ofsted 'Outstanding' school in Ashford. This school is located in a scenic village. This is a two form entry school that takes children aged 5-11 which is always oversubscribed. This school has fantastic facilities both indoor and outdoor, that are used to maximise on learning and engagement. This school's ethos is to allow each child to have a voice and are encouraged to have a go. They are looking for creative and inspiring KS2 teaching professionals who are looking to join a diverse, inclusive and supportive team of staff who are constantly striving for a shared goal of providing excellent education.

What you will need to succeed:

You will need to have experience teaching within KS2. You must be a confident and adaptable individual with an exciting approach towards teaching and an ambition to inspire. You must be a team player yet also have the ability to work individually and must be committed to this role/this school. You will have to be prepared to plan, although this will be done alongside other members of staff within that year group.
