Headline: Do you have great customer service? Experience with handling large volumes of calls and logging these? A passion for technology?

Location: They are based in North Notts and there is free car parking on site

Salary: up to 22k

Ideal Candidate: You will have experience working with Microsoft and be able to communicate to techy people and non techy people.

There is a great opportunity to expand your horizons further within this role, yes you will undertake the normal day to day stuff of raising tickets and logs, as well as resolving issues and escalating issues.

On top of this there is the opportunity to get involved within a variety of different projects, ranging from deployment of new systems, sorting the network out, to creating and collapsing domains to name a few.

They are not looking for a "yes" person, you will want to participate and be involved in how the future of the IT infrastructure grows and develops within the company, it's a great chance to have your voice heard as well as getting involved in a variety of work. Don't get me wrong, some days you may find that you are just raising and logging the tickets, but the next if could be working on the infrastructure projects.

The standard hours are 9-5pm (everyone does leave at 5pm!!!)

Any experience with powershell, python or ansible knowledge would be great too.
