IT Service Desk Analyst - 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst - Helpdesk Analyst -- Service Delivery Agent - IT Support Analyst with Microsoft Products, Windows and Office 365, Sharepoint, Dynamics CRM, Active Directory and web-based applications skills is required for a leading global company based close to Guildford, Surrey paying up to £30,000.

Service Desk Analyst -1st /2nd Line Support Analyst - Helpdesk Analyst - IT Support will be joining a team who provide technical, application and operational support to my client's customers and in House.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st / 2nd Technical Support for customers and internal staff
  • Log incidents via phone and email
  • Provide application support for web applications
  • Set up new starters and leavers including account creations, licence allocation equipment ordering, software installation and assignment


Key skills required
  • Service Desk, 1st / 2nd line support
  • Worked in a Microsoft Environment - Office 365, Sharepoint, Active Directory, Dynamics CRM, web-based applications
  • Good troubleshooting skills


My client is a global organisation who are looking to reward this Service Desk Analyst a salary of £30,000 + Ben's. Due to the shift pattern, you will need to drive as the shifts are to cover 7am-4pm and 10am-7pm. This role is based Close to Guildford and my client is looking for a customer focused Service Desk Analyst who can provide first class support, must have an excellent telephone manner and good written English.
