We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a company in Guildford.

You will be working alongside the sales team and carrying out all administration associated with completing a B2C sale.

Responsibilities will include;
  • Printing, scanning and photocopying documents
  • Amending documents as necessary
  • Liaising with customers over the phone post sale
  • Carrying out ad hoc tasks as required by different departments

The successful applicant must;
  • Have some customer facing experience
  • Be adept at multitasking- you will be required to keep calm in a very busy environment where you will be pulled in different directions
  • You should have good IT skills, although experience in a previous admin role is not required

This is a permanent role working 09.00-17.30 Monday-Friday.

Salary is dependent on experience between £18-22k
