The role of Content Marketing Executive is an integral part of this west established Education and Training Company. The successful candidate will play a key part in shaping the strategic marketing for the business; seeing new initiatives through from inception to completion. As the Content Marketing Executive you will be responsible for:
  • Creating collateral which can be used digitally, this may include: Website copy, Blogs, Infographics, eGuides, Brochures, Graphics and digital advertising banners, Whitepapers and Course documents.
  • Work with HOM to develop a content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term targets and goals
  • Create and publish valuable and engaging material
  • Work closely with the Digital Manager to brief web updates, look & feel changes for both UX and SEO improvements
  • Optimise according to SEO best practices and keyword collections best practice
  • Use Google Analytics to analyse the performance, test and refine our offering
  • Working with the HOM, create an editorial calendar to ensure on-time delivery of blog and social media
  • Planning effective social strategies - making data-driven decisions to maximise return from these efforts
  • Designing new email templates as well as brochure templates, eGuides and course outline documents.

The successful candidate for the role must have:
  • At least 3 years' experience as an executive, with ideally 2 years spent hands-on creating engaging marketing content
  • Comfortable in Google Analytics and other analytical platforms
  • Ability to create materials that will engage and persuade users
  • Highly proficient using Adobe Creative Cloud - especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop (this is a must)
  • Understanding of social and organic channels and how to manipulate them

  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • Basic HTML5 and CSS3 skills
  • UX and web design experience
  • Cross media ability, specifically photography
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification
  • Hands on experience with Facebook's ad platform
  • Experience using Google Optimize / other CRO platforms
  • Experience briefing technical web pieces
  • CRM knowledge - Salesforce Pardot or similar
  • Email automation platform experience (MAP)

In return the Content Marketing Executive will receive a basic salary of £26,000. You will also receive 25 days Holiday plus Bank Holidays (which will go up to 27 Days Plus Bank Holidays on length of service). The office boasts a soft drinks fridge and pool table. There is free parking for those with length of service.
