Key Attributes

The role requires someone who is able to work on their own initiative, within a team, have excellent customer service skills, first class communication skills and be able to:-
  • Carry out installations of Zenith and Diversey equipment to our customers on a day-to-day basis liaising with the engineering co-ordinator, ensuring that all work booked in is completed to the standards required.
  • Complete job sheets and return to the Engineering Department
  • Provide a technical resource to the business, this includes troubleshooting difficult accounts
  • Fit mixing stations (mix chemicals with water automatically) including all associated plumbing and hygiene dispensers in kitchens and toilets
  • Fit electro-magnetic dosing units to commercial dishwashers and industrial washer extractors
  • Have a good understanding of commercial laundry equipment, their requirements and functions

Knowledge &Technical Skills:
  • Understanding of Plumbing principals and Electrical skills (C&G qualification or 17th Edition)
  • Knowledge of building regulations & IT Literate
  • First class communication and DIY skills using hand and electrical tools.
  • This position requires a full clean driving licence.
