This is a a lovely part time role working in the centre of Taunton, walking distance of the main shopping area, within the finance team as administrative support to the Finance Assistant.

The role will involve a lot of data entry and the updating of spreadsheets with Sales Ledger information. As well as dealing with any queries which arise within this spreadsheet and supporting the finance team with any other administrative tasks as required.

Successful candidates will need previous administration experience and must be able to update Excel spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy. Attention to detail, efficiency and patience are essential qualities as well as a good understanding of all Microsoft applications specifically Excel, Word and Outlook and strong computer and data entry skills.

Hours of work are 9am - 1pm Monday to Friday with an immediate start.

This is initially on a temporary contract for approximately 2 months but could be extended after this time depending on workload.

Rate of pay is between £8.50 and £9.00 per hour dependant on experience.
