Part-time Payroll & HR Admin

Part-time - 20 hours a week.

Payroll & Benefits:

Supports the Payroll & Benefits Specialist in the preparation and submission of the monthly UK and Irish payrolls through collating, calculating, and entering data into the payroll system;
Processes maternity, paternity, sickness and pension auto-enrolment and opt-outs;
Cross-checks/audits payroll inputs and ad-hoc calculations;
Assists with reconciling payroll reports and addressing any errors prior to sign off;
Maintain the payroll/benefits monthly cycle in the absence of the Payroll & Benefits Specialist and is capable of running the payroll independently if required;
Helps resolve discrepancies with payroll, outsourced providers, and the Company;
Assists with benefits administration/renewal;
Assists with completion of the end of year payroll related duties, including the preparation and processing all data e.g. P60, P11D and PSA, and reporting to statutory bodies where appropriate;
Prepares management and ad-hoc reports for HR or the Local/Group Finance team;
Assists with comprehensive on going projects;


Process starters and leavers on the HR and payroll system;
Assist with onboarding and induction when required;
Looks after office stationery and provision of company pins and business cards;
Supports with both hard and electronic filing;
Assists with the archiving and destruction of documents and data in accordance with Data Protection requirements;
Researches and compiles packs for investigations, subject access and GDPR requests;
Responds to general queries for either HR or payroll/benefits;
Suggests changes and improvements of the HR operations and of company policies and procedures;
Assists with the development of the functionality of the HR and payroll system;

What you'll need to succeed
Strong payroll experience.
Strong excels - pivots & v look ups.
Looking part-time only.
