This work is being delivered predominantly from our Bristol and Glasgow locations.Purpose of role:To develop, implement and embed industry leading product change processes and capability across the Hunter Class lifecycle Key Technical Skills The successful candidate shall demonstrate the ability to:- Identify and develop enhancement to product change management on Hunter Class- Engagement with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of product change management- Retrieve, record, present and manage product change information (including supporting reports and metrics.)- Assure and control the quality of product change activities.- Maintain change request documentation in line with project needs and relevant procedures- Support the development change management drumbeat- Apply business ,procedures, methods and systems to product change management- Monitor and analyse Change Embodiment- Identify and expedite Changes as required - Demonstrates proficiency in the use of Windchill or equivalent and appropriate MS Office packages as well as working knowledge of other functions (Supply Chain, Operations, Support, Finance, Risk, Commercial)- Company/Industry Knowledge:- Good understanding of the Enterprise PLM systems and applications used to design, build and support a complex warship- Good understanding of the typical product data (and its lifecycle) generated for use by the project - Qualification from a relevant Configuration Management accreditation organisation (e.g. NDIA, CMII) would be an advantageQualifications: Degree Qualified or relevant equivalent experience in lieu Qualifications Our CultureAt Jacobs we have recently celebrated 10 years of our culture of caring - 'BeyondZero'.
