Sponsorship and Business Development Executive

Red Flag Recruitment are seeking dynamic, creatively minded salespeople to help with the future development of a local Brighton based business. This role will primarily involve engaging and building relationships with the local business community.

This is a self-employed role, offering flexible working hours and an extremely competitive commission structure!

Here's a sample of what you'll get to do everyday:

• Research extensively to understand relevant markets and business challenges

• Oversee the full sales cycle of assigned events managing baseline business metrics and growth targets

• Focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders

• Ongoing and consistent personal and professional training and development

• Deliver excellent client service through onsite client management and face-to-face interaction at your own pre-booked meetings

• Consistently maintain and improve upon company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Brainstorm and share sales techniques with fellow professionals in team-oriented training sessions

The skills we're looking for:
  • Self-motivated and able to manage own workload
  • Comfortable working to targets
  • Natural ability for sales
  • A good telephone manner with strong rapport building skills
