An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive B2B to join one of the fastest growing behaviour change organisations in the country!

The entire team are committed to and passionate about improving the happiness, health and wellbeing of people throughout the UK. My client is a company specialising in bespoke human centred design using insight, behavioural marketing, digital offerings leadership and culture and lean and design thinking. They have an amazing portfolio of clients from a wide range of industries including NHS, public and private sectors.

Purpose of the role:

You will be a senior player and will work with a team of highly creative and passionate people to create and deliver winning campaigns and build market presence through multi-channel engagement to power sales growth.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-starter, with motivation, commitment, enthusiasm and drive to the marketing profession including digital marketing - you'll be highly motivated about behaviour change and want to 'make better happen'.

A key part of the role will be to create and implement cost-effective marketing campaigns and interventions based on behavioural insights. You will lead on the development of strategies and plans, print and online materials, engaging digital content, social media activity, blogs and newsletters, all targeted at promoting the company to clients and markets.

Primary elements of the day-to-day role:
  • Lead on creating and delivering effective marketing engagement strategies and campaigns including social media marketing interventions, direct campaigns, digital marketing campaigns or other new business approaches.
  • Lead the digital marketing offer and related activities working with the in-house team.
  • Be responsible for managing and mentoring members of the team; you will also lead on managing departmental workflow.

Person Specification:
  • You will need to be an independent self-starter, flexible and driven by a desire to help people positively change their lifestyle behaviours.
  • You will be a creative and strategic thinker with flair for customer engagement.
  • You will be used to working towards outcome targets and you will have experience of project management and planning skills.
  • You must possess excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills - you will be highly skilled in building relationships and communicating at all levels.
  • Creativity, however, should remain central to your role. Your ability to tell the right story, to the right person at the right time will be just as important as your tech-skills.

Skills & Experience Required:
  • The ideal candidate will be a practising marketer, able to develop marketing strategies and tactics as well as an experienced project manager, able to deliver high quality work to clients, on time and within budget. You will be experienced in developing and delivering B2B marketing strategies and have a recognised marketing qualification with an understanding of social marketing.
  • You will have the ability to design and deliver marketing strategies and tactics on a range of client projects and subject matters and be able to interpret (internal) clients' briefs, understanding requirements and at times writing successful bids/tenders, as well as attending pitches.

This is a 'hands on' role in a fast-paced environment, therefore you will need to be highly organized, a self-starter, with high energy and enthusiasm levels.
