My client is looking for a front end developer, who will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the companies successful e-commerce website. You will be inheriting an AngularJS/MVC e-commerce system running in Azure with a WCF back end.

They are looking for someone who is going to take on the role from day one ready for exciting projects waiting to go, which will really give you the opportunity to make your mark.

You will be part of a friendly and supportive development team and will be reporting into the IT Director.

You will be the go-to person for all things Front End.

My client is always open to new ideas and technologies and want to provide you with what you need to give out customers the experience they deserve.

Salary: £33,000 to £40,000 DOE

Monday to Friday

  • Javascript/JQuery
  • AngularJS
  • Asp.Net
  • MVC.Net
  • C# and VB.Net
  • Ability to communicate with the team at all levels on seniority and liaise effectively with the team internally
  • Good team working skills and ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Knowledge of .NET, Visual Studio and testing frameworks
  • Experience of GIT/GITHUB
  • Understanding of OOP Principles
  • TDD
  • Knowledge of design patterns
  • User design experience
  • PHP
  • Wordpress
  • SQL Server
  • Azure Webapps
  • Azure SQL

  • Work on customer Facing websites
  • Consult with internal clients about the requirments that suit the business
  • Build Applications to internal client specifications
  • Design,build and maintan efficient, reusable and reliable code
  • Test and implement system updates
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions
  • Comply with the Data Protection Act at all times
  • Help maintain code quality and conduct
