My Middlesbrough based client are on the lookout for 6 talented, money hungry, sales driven Business Development Managers to join their team.

Paying up to £20K with uncapped bonus!

They are a digital marketing business looking to expand with a strong client base they look to help their clients drive their online business with an increase in sales or to grow their social presence in the market.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

• To build and manage a range of eCommerce clients (training will be provided to the successful applicant on best practices, techniques and strategies)

• Identifying and contacting new businesses to advise on products and services offered.

• On-boarding new clients and identifying strategies to enhance their online business.

• Working as part of a team and on your own autonomy.

• To prioritise your workload effectively.

• To effectively manage your own diary to achieve KPI's and financial targets.

The successful candidate will have:

• Educated to degree level is preferred but not essential.

• Have a consultative approach.

• Have knowledge on AdWords/Google Analytics would be preferable.

• Previous experience in a digital agency is desirable but not essential.

• Passion, driven, target orientated and money focused.

• Experience in account management, although not essential.

• Able to have professional conversations across all levels.

• Keen to learn and a self-starter.
