Part Time Accounts Administrator. Well-established recruitment business in Brentwood High Street is looking for a part-time Accounts Administrator. Ideally we require someone for 3-4 hours each day and can be flexible with what start time each day you require. The role is all-encompassing dealing with both finance / invoicing/ payments, as well as the administrative side such as online contract and timesheet systems (training will be given). You will be working alongside a full time member of staff and mirroring responsibilities.

Applicants should have AAT qualifications (or similar) and have worked with Sage Line 50 ideally (again, similar systems knowledge is also applicable). Core skills/ experience and responsibilities for the role are:
  • Comfortable working in a dual administration/ accounts role
  • Well organised and flexible approach to deal with tasks that require a strong attention to detail
  • Deal with online payment and contract systems
  • Working with online banking systems
  • Sage Accounts (or similar)
  • MS Office
  • Invoice Finance accounts
  • Credit Control / Credit Card reconciliation
  • HMRC Tax Payments/ P11D's/ VAT Returns etc
  • Answering candidate/ client/ customer calls
  • Supplier contracts & some property management responsibilities
  • Salaries / Commissions
