A market leading client of mine are currently looking for a 2nd/3rd Line Engineer to join their team. The 2nd/3rd Line Engineer will be working in a demanding fast-paced ITIL environment as the business is going through a very exciting time of where they will invest, grow and transform their business to provide a better service to new and old customers.

The 2nd/3rd Line Engineer will be responsible for providing high level technical application, operational and system support in a Service Desk environment. The 2nd/3rd Line Engineer will be providing support to varying levels of seniority within the business. The 2nd/3rd Line Engineer will also have the opportunity to progress internally within the business into a number of areas including but not limited to; 3rd Line, Security and Application Support.

Key Skills - 2nd/3rd Line Engineer:
  • Windows 7/10
  • Windows Server - diagnosing issues
  • Office 365 or Exchange - distribution lists, password resets & security groups
  • Active Directory - group policies
  • Worked in an ITIL environment
  • Networking - LAN/WAN, TCP/IP

Desirable Skills - 2nd/3rd Line Engineer:
  • Certifications - Microsoft, ITIL, Cisco
  • Regulatory environment
  • Office 365 migrations
  • Citrix experience
