Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a 'GOOD' school based in Accrington. The school is looking for an inspiring teacher who have innovative in their approach. To align with the schools ethos the ideal candidate will celebrate the individuality of each child and foster a learning environment that is compassionate, positive and creative. The teacher is required due to a maternity leave within school and would starting on Monday 7th October 2019 and will continue until the end of the academic year (Wednesday 22nd July 2020). The school are interested to meet with both NQTs and experienced teachers.

The role of a PPA Teacher is to cover the class teachers while they are planning, preparing and completing the relevant assessment for their pupils. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable across all KS2 year groups. The school have said they are flexible and would be able be able to provide the PPA cover on a full time or part basis.

The school is a faith school and so it is important that you respect and uphold the Christian ethos in school. With the Christian faith, the school are regularly checked by SIAMs and so it is important that you have a strong understanding of the beliefs and religious backgrounds of the children attending school, but also be able to provide a varied RE Curriculum.
