Unique job for a Finance Inventory Analyst to join a global leader in pharmaceuticals and consumer goods.

Your new company
A global market leader within a number of sectors including pharmaceuticals, medical devices and consumer goods. This is an interim role for the next 5-months and is based at one of their regional head offices in Maidenhead.

Your new role
This opportunity sits within the global centre of excellence which provides accounting services to 22 countries across the EAME region. The key focus within this role is to provide financial support to local finance and supply chain teams ensuring that inventory related processes are aligned and inventory accounting is accurate. This will involve taking responsibility for P&L and balance sheet related month end activities, inventory processes including profit elimination, revaluation analysis, calculating, accruing and booking inventory costs and supporting the senior analyst with projects and queries.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified or part-qualified accountant with a strong accounting background that includes a focus on inventory. Good business partnering skills along with knowledge of SAP and a good level of Excel will be essential.
