The New Business Sales Executive (individual role) will be primarily responsible for identifying and obtaining new customers. At the same time, has to be responsible for building strong relationships for both potential and existing customers.

In this role the individual must be adept at developing robust business cases, and advocating, presenting and gaining senior level support for new business proposals with senior level executives both inside and outside of the company. Defining new market and growth strategies aligned with the overarching vision/mission of External Business (B2B).

The individual must also possess adequate experience in structuring and negotiating complex deals with strategic partners and managing the relationships on-going.

  • Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close deals in an aggressive time frame.
  • Develop and execute go to market strategies with strategic partners, focusing on aggressive marketing to build the sales funnel and co-selling into high priority opportunities.
  • Obtaining and securing enterprise customers by understanding customer business models
  • Build and execute on strategy to penetrate target customer, leveraging company's executives, regional business units, existing partners, and other resources.
  • Identify potential partnering opportunities and prioritize based on alignment with product/service strategy and business, organizational, and technical fit
  • Support partner education and training initiatives.
  • Resolve partner pain points and implement performance improvement programs in a collaborative manner.
  • Work with product management to define product and service offerings that meet partner's needs.

  • Experience Delivering either Enterprise Mobility Solutions - Biometric Authentication / MDM / Mobile Voice Recordingor SI/Solutions Sales AV, Digital Signage, LED, Analytics
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to work comfortably in unstructured environments
  • Strong analytical foundation. Must be able to think through complex deal structures with multiple variables.
  • Understanding key players (i.e. competitors, potential partners, agencies etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and manage relationships with strategic partners, with a consistent focus on revenue growth and concrete business results
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to drive decision-making across multiple functions and organizational areas
