Employment Solicitor Reading 2+ years PQ A fantastic full-service Legal 500 firm with various offices are recruiting an employment solicitor for their Reading office. You will join an employment law team who have an excellent reputation and have consistently high ratings in the legal directories and have done for several years. The firm are seeking an employment lawyer with at least 2 years + experience in employment law and will be involved in contentious and non-contentious complex and high value client matters. The caseload will involved 30% tribunal work, 10% corporate and the remaining covering advisory and major project work, restructuring, employee relations and discrimination issues. All applicants must have strong academics throughout and excellent time management skills. Strong organisation skills are essential along with the ability to work well within a team in a pressured environment.
