Engineius is the "Uber for" vehicle movement. Whilst there are lots of "Uber for" companies out there, we really are trying to bring an on-demand platform model to a new industry - vehicle movement. The problem is that moving vehicles is significantly more complex than moving people. We therefore have a few problems that we need your help to solve....

Where you will be working

Engineius is the leading end-to-end vehicle movement platform in the UK. We match customers (who need vehicles moved) to suppliers (who move vehicles) via our software platform and mobile app. We are a true "platform" business, that drives market efficiency by algorithm matching, pricing and providing a full audit trial on work completed.

For example, a typical order for Engineius could be an online car broker that has sold a customer in London a vehicle located in Edinburgh. Engineius provides the software and driver to move that vehicle from Edinburgh to London.

We already have over 25 clients despite launching under a year ago, 10 of which are key accounts that are amongst the top fleets in the country (including some of the largest fleets in Europe). Our suppliers are self-employed drivers, transporter companies and agents' network. Looking ahead we have an exciting business plan becoming the central marketplace for facilitating vehicle movements in the UK. As such, the business is presently moving from the start-up phase into the growth phase.

You will be an early employee in what is on-track to become a large-scale, high-profit business. Engineius is backed by venture capital; we have offices in Kennington (London), where you will be based, and Birmingham city centre.

As an early employee in a high growth company, you will be well positioned to move into a senior role ahead of your tenure based on the impact you directly make on the business.

What you will achieve over the next 12 months

You will be critical to the growth of the Engineius business, as you will be directly responsible for the marketing campaigns targeted at recruiting drivers into our network. This will initially be your primary responsibility given the operational importance to the business. In addition to this, you will be tasked with developing Engineius' "core" marketing activities - most importantly, giving us a much stronger and broader online presence to attract new customers.
